I’m gonna guess Western NC, Eastern TN or maybe even N. GA (pretty broad guess actually)
Way north of all those places. I guess New England is vague enough.
I’m going to guess Connecticut River.
Not there. But I can’t say without Stefan’s permission because he has a place up there, but it did run in a local newspaper article in which he was misquoted.
