FLIES: Bass Hook Fly

A blurry, out-of-focus photo of a haphazzardly tied bendback on a bass hook. I guess it’s more aptly described as a weedless, but whatever, they’ve worked well for bass. I’ve been tying them to use on my northern pike trip next week. She ain’t pretty but she gits it done.
Now that’s something familiar. Never heard of using an off set worm hook for fly fishing, but it’s certainly very cool. Please let us know how it turns out when you get back.
It took me a few ties to get the balance right, but I had success using them in Florida in March for largemouth and peacock bass:
