		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t think the few commercial fisherman that once fished for them or the sporties are the problem .This great fish is in trouble and I hope we can find out why before its to late 
I&#039;m not sure if I mentioned it in another comment but John McPhee&#039;s book on shad is a must read 
I remember going back to college after spring break going over the TZ bridge and seeing those nets in the water .That was a long time ago.]]></description>
