If you’re talking about 20 POUND stripers, I’ll take that any day. If you’re talking 20 INCH stripers, I’d rather face the snapping turtles than the seven footers.

Thanks JP. The same applies if you find yourself in NYC metro or happen to be in Florida when I’m on the road down there. I’m thinking you’d be down for a roughfish expedition through the SF exurbs after peacocks, snakeheads, chichlids, and grass carp–and I could enlist my buddy who catches clown knifefish.

I don’t have access to any specific farm ponds around here, but if you still want to catch a carp, or any other roughfish for that matter, you’ve got an open invitation.
